The program includes children's races, a 2 km run, and longer distances of 10.5 km, 21 km, 42 km, and relay races. Saturday's activities feature a pasta party, a film screening of ‘Apă și talpă’, and a technical meeting with a prize draw. Sunday will commence with the main long-distance races at 9:00 AM, followed by an awards ceremony.

Romanian gymnastics champion Nadia Comăneci serves as the ambassador for the 2026 edition. To mark the 50th anniversary of her first perfect 10 in gymnastics, her signature will appear on the medals awarded to participants at the finish line.
