Timoria to release anniversary edition of ‘El Topo Grand Hotel’

The Italian rock band Timoria is releasing a special limited and numbered anniversary edition of their album ‘El Topo Grand Hotel’ to celebrate its 25th anniversary. Scheduled for release on November 6, the reissue will be available in CD and double LP formats.

Originally published in February 2001, the album marked a period of significant success for the band, led by Omar Pedrini, and earned a Gold Record. The work is noted for its visionary themes, blending rock and poetry with settings spanning Italy, Amsterdam, and the Mexican desert. It features various cultural references and international guests.

The new edition will include revised artwork and a comprehensive book containing lyrics, original graphics, historical photographs, and memorabilia. This book aims to provide a dialogue between the album's history and new interpretations of its creative universe.
