Tiên Nguyễn leads luxury fashion divisions at IPPG

Tiên Nguyễn, born in 1997, is a prominent figure in Vietnam’s second-generation business leadership. As the daughter of IPPG Chairman Johnathan Hạnh Nguyễn and General Director Lê Hồng Thủy Tiên, she holds key executive roles within the family conglomerate.

Currently, she serves as the Deputy General Director for high-end fashion project development at Imex Pan Pacific Group (IPPG) and as the General Director of DAFC, a major distributor of luxury fashion brands in Vietnam. IPPG reported total assets of 4,660 billion VND and equity of over 3,953 billion VND in its 2023 financial statements.

Nguyễn’s professional background includes education at RMIT University and a master’s degree in Aviation Management from the University of London. Her career path involved early practical experience in family business operations, including retail roles, to build foundational knowledge. She is frequently involved in international luxury fashion events for brands such as Chanel, Dolce & Gabbana, and Versace.
