Tina Arena performs sold-out concert at Salle Pleyel in Paris

Australian singer Tina Arena performed a sold-out concert at the Salle Pleyel in Paris on October 24. The performance focused on vocal interpretation and audience connection, utilizing a minimalist stage setup without extravagant scenery or complex production.

Arena’s setlist featured a bilingual repertoire of English and French songs, including hits such as ‘Burn’, ‘Je m’appelle Bagdad’, and ‘Heaven help my heart’. She also performed a duet with George Perris on ‘I want to spend my lifetime loving you’.

The concert served as a platform to preview her new EP, ‘Way of the world’, which consists of six covers. Arena noted that the decision to record covers stemmed from a current lack of inspiration for original songwriting due to the global context. Now operating as an independent artist, she emphasized artistic freedom through this project.
