Třinec defeats Bzence-Vracov 4-1 to advance in MOL Cup

Bzence-Vracov has been eliminated from the MOL Cup following a 1-4 home defeat against second-division side Třinec. Despite an earlier upset victory against Hodonín, the team could not maintain their momentum.

Třinec established an early lead through Nedžad Zinhasovič, who scored twice within the first 26 minutes. Nigerian forward Muhammed Abdoulkarim added two more goals before halftime, capitalizing on defensive lapses in the penalty area. Bzence-Vracov managed to reduce the deficit early in the second half through Radka Komínka, but the deficit proved too large to overcome.

Bzence-Vracov coach Jindřich Lehkoživ criticized his team's defensive performance in the box, noting that the team conceded three of their four goals from close range. The match also saw the debut of Portuguese midfielder Tiago Martins, who recently joined from Singapore-based club Balestier Khalsa to bolster the squad's depth.
