Tineco unveils Floor One S9 Artist Boost Steam vacuum

Tineco has introduced the Floor One S9 Artist Boost Steam, a wet-dry vacuum cleaner featuring integrated steam cleaning technology, at IFA 2026 in Berlin. The device utilizes 230-degree hot steam combined with ReverseScrub technology—where the brush roll changes rotation direction—to tackle stubborn stains. It features a suction power of 25,000 Pascals and a iLOOP Smart Sensor that automatically adjusts suction and water flow based on real-time dirt detection.

Technical specifications include a self-cleaning mode with FlashDry or SilentDry options, DualBlock anti-tangle technology, and a battery life of approximately 60 minutes in quiet mode. While the device is noted for its ease of use and ability to clean under furniture, testing indicates that the steam function is most effective when used targetedly on specific stains, as it consumes battery power more rapidly. Some limitations were noted regarding edge cleaning, where minor dirt streaks may remain.
