Tinga leads fundraising for Internacional training center renovation

Former player Tinga is leading an independent fundraising campaign, ‘CTorcedores’, to raise R$ 30 million for the renovation and expansion of Internacional’s training center, CT Parque Gigante. The project has already raised over R$ 1.5 million through donations from approximately 25,000 fans. The proposed development is divided into three phases: a high-performance center with advanced medical and physiotherapy facilities, an internal hotel for player concentration, and new training fields.

In addition to the infrastructure project, Tinga has suggested that the club offer free admission for the upcoming match against Atlético-MG at the Beira-Rio stadium. He aims to encourage a crowd of 50,000 supporters to help boost the team’s performance, as Internacional currently sits in 16th place in the Brasileirão and is seeking a reaction following recent results.
