tinyBuild announces anniversary update for Drill Core

tinyBuild and developer Hungry Couch have released an anniversary update for the roguelite mining strategy simulator, Drill Core. The update is currently available for Windows PC via Steam, with a Nintendo Switch release expected soon.

New features include a Relaxed Mode designed for a less intense, meditative gameplay experience, as well as the ability to escalate contracts for higher difficulty and increased rewards. Players can also utilize a new Platform building to complete sponsored company tasks for extra bounties and hire additional specialists during active contracts.

Other quality-of-life improvements include three new platform skins, improved tutorials, end-of-game statistics, and additional game speed options. The game is also available on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
