TinyBuild reports 18% revenue growth in H1 2026
TinyBuild reported an 18% increase in revenue during the first half of 2026, reaching $20 million for the six months ending June 30. This growth was driven by the company's existing catalog and new releases, with 85% of gaming revenue originating from first-party and second-party intellectual properties.
Existing titles, including franchises such as ‘Hello Neighbor’ and ‘Graveyard Keeper’, accounted for 68% of gaming revenue during this period. This steady performance from older titles has helped fund investments in upcoming projects like ‘Hozy’, ‘All Will Fall’, and ‘Sand: Raiders of Sophie’.
Despite the revenue rise, some financial metrics declined. Gross profit fell 5.7% to $9.8 million, attributed to higher royalty payments from successful second-party releases. Adjusted EBITDA decreased by 23.2% to $3.2 million, primarily due to increased marketing expenditures for new game launches. The company maintains a workforce of approximately 200 employees and plans to develop larger projects with budgets exceeding $5 million.
