Tionne ‘T-Boz’ Watkins recovering after sickle cell crisis

Tionne ‘T-Boz’ Watkins, a member of the Grammy-winning group TLC, is recovering following a sickle cell crisis that required hospitalization. Her representative, Christal Jordan, stated that Watkins is currently regaining her strength.

The health complication caused Watkins to miss performances during the group’s ‘It’s Iconic Tour,’ including an August 28 show at the Mohegan Sun Arena in Connecticut. During the performance, fellow member Chilli informed fans of the situation and requested prayers for her groupmate.

Despite Watkins' absence, the group decided to continue the tour with Chilli performing solo. The representative expressed gratitude for the overwhelming support from fans and other musical acts during this time.
