Tips for boiling the perfect egg

To achieve perfect boiled eggs, it is recommended to remove them from the refrigerator 10–15 minutes before cooking to prevent cracking and ensure even temperature distribution. After placing eggs in cold water and bringing them to a boil, timing is critical.

For a liquid yolk, boil for 6 minutes. A creamy yolk is achieved at 7–8 minutes, while a hard-boiled egg without dryness can be reached in 9–10 minutes. Boiling for more than 12 minutes increases the risk of rubbery whites, dry yolks, and a green ring around the yolk. It is also advised to cool the eggs immediately after boiling to stop the cooking process.
