Tiradentes residential project hearing postponed by Q7 Empreendimentos

A public hearing scheduled for 18:00 on 29 April to discuss a 222‑unit residential development near Avenida Três Barras in the Tiradentes neighbourhood was temporarily suspended. The postponement was requested by the developer, Q7 Empreendimentos Imobiliários Ltda., and the municipal agency Planurb (Agência Municipal de Meio Ambiente e Planejamento Urbano) officially cancelled the meeting.

The hearing was intended to present and debate the Neighborhood Impact Study (EIV) for the project located on Rua Rogério Cavalari, close to the roundabout with Avenida Gabriel del Pino, and to ensure active participation of local residents. A new date will be set and announced once the developer resumes the administrative process, allowing the community to review and discuss the proposed improvements.
