Tirva lakeside home realized after 11-year search

Sanna Immonen and Matti Kousa have moved their family to Tirva after an 11-year search for a suitable lakeside home. The family, which includes three young children, relocated from Kuusankoski in July.

Immonen operates a veterinary practice from their new home, specializing in acupuncture and chiropractic treatments for dogs. While the family enjoys the lakeside setting, they face challenges regarding long commutes for the children to school in Kuusankoski.
