TİSKİ to auction 16 properties in Trabzon worth 61 million TL

The Trabzon Metropolitan Municipality and its water administration, TİSKİ, have announced the sale of 16 real estate properties through a closed tender process. The total estimated value of the assets is 61 million TL.

The properties are located across several districts in Trabzon, including Ortahisar, Akçaabat, Arsin, Çarşıbaşı, and Maçka. The assets consist of various types of land, such as plots, hazelnut groves, pine forests, water reservoirs, and fountain sites.

Notable items include two large plots in the Yalıncak/Gülyalı neighborhood of Ortahisar, valued at approximately 20.09 million TL and 22.42 million TL respectively. Other properties include a hazelnut grove in Maçka and various water-related infrastructure sites.

The auction is scheduled to take place on October 1, 2026, starting at 09:00 at the TİSKİ General Directorate Meeting Hall. Interested participants must submit necessary documentation and temporary guarantees by September 30, 2026.
