Tisza Szigetek movement to hold national meeting in Budapest

The Tisza Szigetek movement has announced a national meeting to be held on August 20 at Margitsziget in Budapest. Magyar Péter, leader of the Tisza Party, stated that the party leadership is looking forward to the event, which is open to all interested parties.

The Tisza Szigetek serves as a national network of activists. While members of the movement are legally distinct from the political party, they have played a significant role in organizing the party's political community. According to Vice President Márk Radnai, the movement consists of approximately 50,000 individuals who previously utilized their own resources to support political change.

The upcoming gathering is expected to address the future role of the Tisza Szigetek and the continued mobilization of activists following recent elections.
