Titania utilizes Hyran.ai to optimize rental negotiations

Titania, a real estate developer and manager operating in the Stockholm area, has implemented the Hyran.ai platform to optimize its rental processes and operating margins. The platform integrates rental data, legal frameworks, and economic analysis to provide more transparent and accurate rental assessments.

Einar Janson, CEO of Titania, stated that the system provides a significant advantage during rent negotiations and annual adjustments. By analyzing individual contracts and factoring in specific variables such as apartment size, number of rooms, and local costs like water and district heating, the tool offers a more precise basis for decision-making.

Titania has already utilized the platform's data in legal proceedings. In a dispute regarding annual rent increases where the Tenants' Association (Hyresgästföreningen) sought a maximum increase of 2 percent, the company used the platform's analysis to support its arguments before an arbitrator.
