Titomic awarded US$5.0 million U.S. Air Force defense contract

Titomic Limited, through its subsidiary Titomic USA, Inc., has been awarded a US$5.0 million contract by the U.S. Air Force. The contract involves the supply, integration, and commissioning of a Next Generation Titomic Kinetic Fusion (TKF) High Pressure Cold Spray System at Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

The turnkey system is built around the TKF 1000 platform and will feature industrial robotic automation, powder and gas management, process monitoring, and real-time quality verification. This technology is intended to support depot-level manufacturing and sustainment, including component repair, dimensional restoration, corrosion protection, and additive manufacturing.

Supported by Titomic USA’s operations in Huntsville, Alabama, this project marks an expansion of the company’s presence in the U.S. defense sustainment market. The deployment aims to improve readiness and extend asset life by strengthening the U.S. defense industrial base.
