Tivat cancels electric minibus tender as BiH Parliament announces vehicle procurement
The Municipality of Tivat has canceled a tender for the procurement and delivery of an electric minibus. The decision, made on September 29, follows a request from an interested supplier for clarification regarding the specific type of vehicle, market research, and estimated value. The municipality cited the need to amend the tender documentation as the reason for the cancellation.
This procurement is part of the APOLLO project, a cross-border cooperation initiative involving Montenegro, Croatia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina. The project, which has a total value of approximately 2.26 million euros, aims to implement advanced regional solutions for renewable energy and efficiency. The planned minibus was intended to establish a shuttle service between Tivat Airport and the city center.
Separately, the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina has launched a tender to purchase four official vehicles. The estimated cost for the procurement is nearly 420,000 KM, including VAT. The selection process will be based on the lowest offered price through an open public procurement procedure, with an electronic auction potentially allowing for further price reductions. The tender does not specify particular manufacturers or models.
