Tivat hosts free regional film screenings for AFA Awards

The Tivat Culture Center in Montenegro is hosting five days of free regional film screenings from October 21 to October 25. The event features films nominated for the Adriatic Film & TV Awards (AFA), organized by the Adriatic Region Film and TV Academy.

From October 21 to 24, the program includes ten regional film titles. The final day, October 25, is dedicated to screenings of the award-winning films, with titles to be announced following the awards ceremony on October 24. Admission is free, and tickets can be obtained online via the official AFA website or at the Tivat Culture Center box office.

The AFA awards were established by the Sarajevo Film Festival, the Belgrade Festival of Auteur Film, and the Zagreb Film Festival to recognize excellence in regional film and television. More than 800 professionals from the Adriatic region participated in the selection process for the ten award categories.
