Tivat, Montenegro and Belgrade, Serbia enact temporary traffic regime changes

The municipality of Tivat (Montenegro) announced a temporary traffic regime change on Lorovina Street beginning Wednesday, 22 July. Portions of the street will become one‑way to improve safety and traffic flow, particularly easing the connection to the M1 highway, while left turns from the highway onto certain side streets are prohibited.

Belgrade (Serbia) will also implement several temporary traffic changes across three districts—Čukarica, New Belgrade and Zemun—due to construction and utility works. Specific streets will see lane closures, one‑way designations, and restricted access from mid‑July through September, with detailed timings for each affected area.
