Tivat Municipality launches TivatSmart digital platform

The Municipality of Tivat has introduced TivatSmart, a new digital service platform designed to streamline administrative procedures for citizens. Developed in collaboration with App Booking over an 18-month period, the project represents an investment of over 100,000 euros.

Through the portal, registered users can check and pay taxes, fees, and utility bills for water and sewage services. The platform also enables electronic submission of municipal forms, online payment for parking via credit card, and access to local event calendars and service information.

Mayor Željko Komnenović stated that Tivat is the first municipality in Montenegro to implement such a service, aiming to save citizens time by reducing the need for in-person visits to service counters. The platform integrates various local institutions, including the Public Utility Company, Water and Sewerage, the Tivat Tourist Organization, and several cultural centers and libraries.
