Tiziano Schorn wins Trieste Cocktail Week 2026

Tiziano Schorn, a 25-year-old bartender from Pier Inn, has won the fifth edition of the Trieste Cocktail Week. The final competition took place in Piazza della Borsa, where Schorn outperformed runner-up Gaia Dell’Agnola of Antico Caffè Torinese.

The competition featured 25 local establishments divided into two new categories: cocktail bars and dining bars. Participants were judged on technique, tasting, presentation, scenography, and public interaction, including a mystery box challenge involving surprise ingredients.

Other winners included Filippo Neri of Mor, who took first place in the cocktail bar category, and Francesca Babici and Vittorio De Filippis of Viezzoli for the dining bar category. Additional awards were presented for the best lifestyle bar, best Nonino cocktail, and the best Negroni Triestino.
