TJDFT opens registration for Federal District debt settlements

The Court of Justice of the Federal District and Territories (TJDFT) has opened a registration period for creditors interested in direct settlement agreements for court-ordered debts (precatórios) issued against the Federal District or its indirect administration entities.

Registration is available through the PGDF-Concilia Portal until September 18. The initiative, coordinated by the Precatórios Conciliation Coordination (Coorpre), offers a 40% discount on the updated value of the titles. The measure applies to food or common court-ordered debts issued in TJDFT processes.

To participate, creditors must be represented by a lawyer with a power of attorney registered within the last 60 days. Those without legal representation may seek assistance from the Public Defender's Office of the Federal District (DPDF). Proposals will be organized chronologically by issuance date, with priority given to individuals with serious illnesses, people with disabilities, and those over 60 years of age.
