Tlajomulco inaugurates new administrative center on López Mateos corridor

The government of Tlajomulco de Zúñiga has inaugurated the new Centro Administrativo Tlajomulco (CAT) López Mateos, representing an investment of 121.5 million pesos. The facility is designed to decentralize government services by bringing municipal, state, and federal procedures closer to residents and workers along the López Mateos corridor.

During the inauguration, Mayor Gerardo Quirino Velázquez and Jalisco Governor Pablo Lemus Navarro highlighted that the center will allow citizens to complete various tasks in a single location, including property tax and water payments, driver's license applications, passport processing, and obtaining INE credentials. The project aims to reduce the need for residents to travel to the municipal headquarters.

In addition to the administrative center, the municipal government delivered 25 new patrol cars to strengthen local police prevention and response capabilities under the “De Cerca Hacemos la Paz” strategy.
