Regional developments in Jalisco, Guanajuato, and Baja California

In Jalisco, the government and the Tlajomulco municipality have deployed eight solar-powered water circulators to improve oxygenation and environmental conditions in the Cajititlán Lagoon. The State Water Commission (CEA) provided the equipment to combat low dissolved oxygen levels, excessive algae growth, and odor issues.

In Tlajomulco, 112 families facing the absence of a family member received bimonthly economic support and psychosocial care through a coordinated effort between the municipal government and the state DIF.

In Guanajuato, the association YouthBuild México graduated 180 students from its 'Jóvenes con Rumbo' program. Despite the graduation, the organization remains on a waiting list for funding from the 'Tocando Corazones' program, as high demand for social civil organization grants has exhausted available resources. Similarly, the 'Tocando Corazones' program reported that 50 projects are currently on a reserve list due to the rapid depletion of its 500 million peso fund.

In Baja California, a committee was formed to organize the Tenth Youth Parliament, involving various municipal youth institutes and human rights representatives.
