Tlaxcala City Council opens musical training enrollment

The Tlaxcala City Council, in coordination with the State Music School (EMET), has opened a call for applications for the elementary level of the 2026-2028 school cycle. The program will be held at the “José Guridi y Alcocer” Cultural House.

The curriculum spans four semesters and includes specialties such as piano, guitar, violin, cello, drums, trumpet, and saxophone. Students will also take mandatory complementary subjects, including solfège, choral ensembles, and musical appreciation.

Applications are open until August 28, with classes scheduled to begin on August 31. Interested individuals can seek information at the Cultural House located on Independencia Street or via telephone.
