In Tlaxcala, Governor Lorena Cuéllar Cisneros is supervising the construction of new offices for the General Archive and the Directorate of Notaries and Public Records in Apizaco. The project, located within the Judicial City, has reached 35% completion with an investment exceeding 130 million pesos. The facility aims to centralize and digitalize public records, including those from 24 notaries, to safeguard family heritage and improve legal certainty.
