Indonesia officials deny cabinet reshuffle and Minister Pratikno's resignation

Indonesian government officials have addressed several domestic issues, including rumors regarding cabinet changes and national security. Minister of State Secretary Prasetyo Hadi clarified that President Prabowo Subianto has no current plans to reshuffle the Merah Putih Cabinet, though the government is working to fill vacant deputy minister positions in immigration and agriculture.

Coordinating Minister for Human Development and Culture Pratikno denied rumors that he is ill or planning to resign. He stated he is currently in East Java to oversee efforts to combat forest and land fires in the Bromo area, noting that weather modification efforts are temporarily stalled due to a lack of cloud cover.

In economic news, Minister Airlangga Hartarto announced that the government has identified candidates for the Governor of the Indonesia International Financial Center (PFII), with Muliaman Hadad and Pahala Mansury emerging as strong contenders. The center may be located in Bali or Jakarta.

Regarding national stability ahead of Indonesia's 81st Independence Day, the TNI Commander and the Head of the Government Communication Agency (Bakom) have urged the public to remain calm and avoid falling for hoaxes or provocative information on social media.
