TNT Announces Premiere of 'High Value Target: The Hunt for Saddam' Series

TNT has set the premiere schedule for its new limited series High Value Target: The Hunt for Saddam, an eight‑episode political thriller that will debut on September 13 and run through October 4. The series stars Joel Kinnaman as CIA analyst John Nixon, the first officer to interrogate Saddam Hussein after his capture in December 2003, and features Waleed Zuaiter as Hussein.

Based on Nixon’s memoir Debriefing the President, the show examines the U.S. invasion of Iraq, the search for weapons of mass destruction, and the broader consequences of the conflict. Created, co‑written and directed by Leslie Greif, the series is produced by AR Content and Big Dreams Entertainment and will later be available on HBO Max.
