To Lam to lead national conference on 4th Central Committee resolutions

The Politburo and the Secretariat of the Communist Party of Vietnam will organize a national conference to study, learn, and implement the resolutions of the 4th Central Committee meeting of the 14th Party Central Committee. General Secretary and President To Lam is scheduled to deliver a key directive speech at the event.

Scheduled for October 16, the conference will be held both in person at the Dien Hong Meeting Hall in Hanoi and via online connection to provincial and local party committees across the country. The proceedings will be broadcast live on national television and digital platforms.

The conference will cover several critical themes, including resolutions on strengthening the building and rectification of the Party and the political system to ensure they are clean and strong. Other topics include innovating the Party's methods of leadership and governance, building a high-quality cadre workforce, and reviewing proposed amendments to the Party Charter. Additionally, the agenda includes regulations on party members participating in business investments and a national strategy for attracting and developing talent in key sectors.
