Tobata Ward to host Bunkyosai festival and community events

Tobata Ward will host a series of community events throughout October under the banner of ‘Tobata Mans!’. The festivities are set to kick off on October 4 with the Bunkyosai, a joint school festival involving local universities and high schools.

Key activities scheduled for the kickoff include workshops for children at Well Tobata, such as slime making and science experiments, as well as a 3on3 basketball tournament at Shioijimachi Park. The basketball event will feature matches between high school students and exhibition games with adult teams.

A stamp rally will also be held during the month, allowing participants to collect stamps at various event locations to win prizes such as gift certificates and museum tickets.
