Tobetsu, Hokkaido launches digital stamp rally with Kyuria

The Tobetsu Town Tourism Association in Hokkaido will host a digital stamp rally from 15 July to 15 November 2026. The event, called “Tobetsu Gurutto Digital Stamp Rally,” is built using the no‑code smartphone content service Kyuria, developed by Miliad Inc. in Tokyo, and was planned with Matsuka Shouji Ltd.

Participants register on the dedicated website, visit any of the 33 designated stores or sites, and collect QR‑code stamps on their phones. The number of stamps determines eligibility for monthly prize draws, with total prize value of about ¥1 million each month, including gift certificates, accommodation vouchers, horseback‑riding experiences and more. All participants also receive a photo frame.

The rally aims to promote local food, attractions and businesses, encouraging both residents and visitors to explore Tobetsu’s offerings while using a simple QR‑code system that requires no dedicated app.
