Toca Passarim hosts cultural event in Bragança Paulista

Toca Passarim will host the ‘Café Passado Agora’ event in Bragança Paulista on September 13. The program is designed to integrate theater, cinema, and music to foster community interaction and cultural celebration.

The scheduled activities include a performance by Companhia Toca inspired by Mário de Andrade, followed by screenings of the documentaries ‘El Comandante y El Peregrino’ by Guillermo Wood and ‘Vem com o tempo’ by Mário de Almeida. The event will conclude with a pocket show, a sarau, and a ‘roda de viola’.

Founders Carla Roeher and Fábio Miranda, who are artists and music therapists, stated that the goal is to establish Toca Passarim as a space where popular culture and music serve as tools for connection and transformation.
