Tocantins Court of Justice opens public consultation for crisis management plan

The Court of Justice of Tocantins (TJTO) has launched a public consultation to gather input on the draft of the Socio-environmental Contingency Plan (Plancon) for the Tocantins Judiciary (PJTO). The initiative aims to refine strategies to prepare the judicial system and ensure the continuity of legal services during socio-environmental crises and disasters.

Open until September 9, the consultation is available to civil society, magistrates, court employees, partner institutions, and other interested parties. Participation is voluntary and anonymous, with data used exclusively in an aggregated and statistical manner to support the finalization of the institutional document. The plan is designed to guide judicial actions through various emergency phases, including preparation, response, recovery, and the resumption of activities.
