Tochigi SC dismisses manager Atsushi Yoneyama

Tochigi SC has announced the dismissal of manager Atsushi Yoneyama, effective October 11. The decision follows a period of poor performance where the club failed to secure a victory in its last five matches.

Currently sitting in 15th place in the J3 League with 10 points from 10 matches, the club has appointed head coach Yoshimi Hamasaki as the interim manager. Hamasaki is currently completing the necessary licensing and registration procedures to be eligible to lead the team from the sidelines by the next match.
