TODOKAYAK becomes Europe’s largest specialized kayak retailer

TODOKAYAK, a company based in Granada, Spain, has established itself as Europe’s largest specialized kayak retailer. Founded in 2016 by entrepreneur Alejandro Vega Martín, the business has grown from a specialized project into a major European nautical reference.

The company operates out of 3,500 square meter facilities used for exhibition, storage, and distribution, with the capacity to hold up to 3,000 kayaks. Its catalog features over 2,000 references, including pedal kayaks, fishing, recreational, and touring models, as well as paddleboards and specialized nautical equipment.

TODOKAYAK’s growth is attributed to a hybrid business model that combines a large physical showroom with a digital e-commerce platform serving Spain and various European markets. In February 2026, the company received an award for Innovation and Business Development in recognition of its trajectory.
