Tofaş announced a hiring programme to add roughly 500 new field workers to its production sites in Bursa, with applications open until 31 December 2026. Candidates must have at least a high‑school diploma, preferably from vocational programmes in electronics, automation, automotive or related fields, hold a professional competence certificate, be able to work shifts and reside in or near Bursa. New hires will receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes Koç Foundation perks, Koç Healthcare programmes, supplemental health insurance, education scholarships and access to sports and hobby clubs.

In parallel, Tofaş was recognised by the Turkish Education Foundation (TEV) as the first “TEV Education Friend” institution in Bursa. The award, presented by TEV General Director Melike Koçoğlu to Tofaş Human‑Resources and Industrial‑Relations Director Orçun Sarıca, acknowledges the company’s long‑term support for students through scholarships, mentorship, training, internships and overseas master‑degree funding. Tofaş emphasised that investing in youth education is a strategic commitment to Turkey’s future competitiveness.
