TOFAŞ wins 26th Cevat Soydaş Basketball Tournament

TOFAŞ has emerged as the champion of the 26th Cevat Soydaş Basketball Tournament, defeating Galatasaray MCT Technic with a score of 81-76 in the final match held at the Nilüfer TOFAŞ Sports Hall.

In the championship game, TOFAŞ overcame an early deficit, trailing by double digits in the second period. Led by Yiğitcan Saybir, who scored 22 points, and contributions from Bryce Jones (14 points) and Shavar Reynolds (13 points), the team took the lead in the third quarter and maintained their advantage through the final period.

Earlier in the tournament's final day, Trabzonspor secured third place by defeating Bursaspor Basketbol 87-74. The annual tournament is held in memory of former national basketball player Cevat Soydaş, who passed away in 2001.
