Étoiles du Sud qualifies for Pétanque Masters Final Four

The Étoiles du Sud team has secured their qualification for the Final Four of the 27th Masters de Pétanque after finishing the seventh and final qualifying stage in Nevers, France. The African formation, composed of Yves Sedrick Rakotoarisoa, Jean François Daniel Rakotondrainibe, Fara N’Diaye, and Marcel Gbetable, maintains its position as the overall leader with 55 points.

During the final stage, the Étoiles du Sud faced the Rocher team, consisting of Dylan Rocher, Stéphane Robineau, Diego Rizzi, and Jean Michel Puccinelli. While the Rocher team won the evening's final match with a score of 13-2, the Étoiles du Sud had already secured their spot in the semi-finals following a previous victory.

Following the conclusion of the seven qualifying stages, the Rocher team sits in second place with 47 points, followed by the defending champions, Bonetto, with 45 points, and the Dream Team with 43 points. The Final Four is scheduled to take place on September 16 and 17.
