Toilet cleaner test: Top brand wins on fragrance

A comparative test of five toilet cleaners evaluated products based on scent, consistency, ease of use, dirt and limescale removal, packaging, and price-to-quality ratio. All tested products featured an ‘ocean fresh’ fragrance.

While price varied between 1.45 and 2.89 euros, the cheapest option performed surprisingly well. The winning brand was distinguished by its intense fragrance, though testers noted that a product's effectiveness is ultimately determined by its ability to remain on surfaces through proper gel consistency and ease of application in hard-to-reach areas.
