Tokat Municipality Holds Stress‑Management Seminars for YKS Exam Candidates

Tokat’s municipal government organised a series of stress‑and‑anxiety management seminars for students preparing for the national university entrance exam (YKS). The program was implemented in 23 high schools across the city centre, where experts instructed participants on coping strategies, time management, focus techniques and motivation enhancement.

Mayor Mehmet Kemal Yazıcıoğlu highlighted the initiative, stating that the municipality supports youths not only through physical infrastructure but also through social and cultural projects that aid their education. The seminars aim to reduce exam‑related stress and improve student performance.
