Toke and inDrive partner for digital payments in Dominican Republic

Toke, the digital payment solution from Banco Popular Dominicano, and the urban mobility platform inDrive have announced a strategic alliance to enable digital payments for trips made through the inDrive application in the Dominican Republic.

This integration allows passengers and drivers to conduct transactions digitally, reducing reliance on cash. Users can select Toke as a payment method for various service categories, including car trips, motorcycles, comfort, and ride+ services. Payments will be processed via the inDrive app through direct transfers using the Toke app or via QR codes.

The availability of this option will expand progressively as more drivers enroll in the service and enable their collection QR codes. The initiative aims to meet the growing demand for fast and secure digital transactions, aligning with the evolving payment habits in the Dominican Republic.
