The Housing Development Administration of Turkey (TOKİ) has concluded the housing determination lottery for the Kartaltepe 3rd Stage project in Ankara Bala. As part of the 500,000 Social Housing Project, the lottery determined the specific blocks and apartments for 73 units, consisting of 42 two-plus-one (2+1) and 31 three-plus-one (3+1) residences.

Beneficiaries can access the list of names, block numbers, and apartment details through the e-Devlet system or the official TOKİ website. Contract signings are scheduled to take place between September 1 and September 8, 2026, at the Ziraat Bankası Bala branch.
