TOKİ discount campaign for housing and workplace buyers ends October 19

The Housing Development Administration of Turkey (TOKİ) is nearing the deadline for its 25 percent discount campaign for housing and workplace buyers. Applications for the incentive, which targets nearly 228,000 buyers, are set to conclude on October 19.

Under the campaign, individuals who pay off their entire outstanding debt in a single lump sum will receive a 25 percent discount. Those unable to settle the full balance may still benefit partially by making a lump-sum payment of at least 25 percent of their debt; in such cases, the 25 percent discount applies only to the amount paid upfront.

To qualify, installment payments must have commenced by the end of June last year. Additionally, applicants must have paid the installment due for the current month and must not have any overdue installments or outstanding real estate tax debts. The discount is not available to buyers with 12 or fewer remaining installments.
