TOKİ launches 25 percent discount for early debt repayment
The Housing Development Administration of Turkey (TOKİ) has launched a 25 percent discount campaign for individuals seeking to settle their outstanding debts for housing or workplaces. The initiative, which began on September 22, 2026, is open to approximately 228,000 beneficiaries and will run until the close of business on October 19, 2026.
Under the terms of the campaign, debtors can receive a 25 percent discount by fully closing their outstanding balance. Alternatively, those unable to pay the full amount can benefit from the discount by making a lump-sum payment of at least 25 percent of their remaining debt.
To qualify, installment payments must have commenced no later than the end of June 2025, and the remaining number of installments must be greater than 12. Applicants must have no overdue installment or real estate tax debts at the time of application. Interested parties should apply directly to the banks where their debt is held. For projects with established condominium ownership, applicants must provide property tax declaration documents from the relevant municipality and DASK insurance policies.
