Tokinvest offers Zambian investors access to UK real estate
Dubai-based Tokinvest is introducing a new investment opportunity allowing Zambian professional and high-net-worth investors to access UK residential real estate. The offering is linked to Great Hampton Street Works, an £8.55 million historic property in Birmingham containing 29 fully tenanted apartments.
Eligible investors can participate with approximately US$25,000 to US$27,000, gaining contractual economic rights to rental income and potential proceeds from future sales. The property has an estimated annual net rental yield of 4 percent, with forecasts suggesting Birmingham residential property prices could grow by approximately 4.5 percent annually between 2026 and 2030.
This cross-border opportunity follows recent economic growth in Zambia. According to the Zambia Statistics Agency, the economy grew by 5.4 percent in 2025, with GDP growth accelerating to 7.7 percent in the first quarter of 2026. Additionally, annual inflation fell to 6.1 percent in September 2026, approaching the Bank of Zambia’s target range of 6–8 percent.
