Tokio Marine and Allianz Brasil recognized by GPTW Latin America

Tokio Marine and Allianz Brasil have been recognized in the Great Place to Work (GPTW) Latin America 2026 rankings, which identifies the top 200 companies to work for in the region.

Tokio Marine secured its position on the list for the second consecutive year. The company’s recognition is based on employee evaluations in Brazil regarding leadership credibility, professional development, and work environment. Luciana Amaral, Director of People, Planning, and Sustainability at Tokio Marine, stated that the achievement reflects the company’s commitment to building an environment for innovation and collaboration.

Allianz Brasil entered the ranking for the first time, placing 24th in the large companies category (those with over 500 employees). Allianz was noted as the highest-ranked insurer in this category. The company’s recognition follows investments in leadership strengthening and employee experience. Laura Vidmontas, Executive Director of Human Resources, Communication, and Sustainability, emphasized that the company’s culture is built on collaboration, customer focus, and performance.
