TOKIUM announces AI transformation conference and new accounting staffing service

TOKIUM Inc. has announced several initiatives aimed at transforming accounting and back-office operations through AI and specialized staffing. The company will host an online conference, ‘TOKIUM AX VISION’, on October 15, 2026. The event focuses on AI Transformation (AX) and features speakers from major companies, including Mercari, Inc., which has achieved a 100% AI utilization rate among employees, and MIXI, Inc., which established a new AI-driven FP&A department to reduce monthly closing workload by 70%.

Additionally, TOKIUM’s group company, TOKIUM Staffing Inc., has launched a new service called ‘Pinpoint Monthly Dispatch’. This service provides temporary accounting and back-office personnel specifically during the high-demand periods at the end and beginning of each month. The service is designed to reduce the burden on permanent staff and minimize excess costs compared to hiring full-time employees, with costs starting from 100,000 yen for a five-day period.
