Tokyo and Nagoya to Open New BBQ and Izakaya Venues in July 2026
A rooftop barbecue and beer‑garden venue called “Station‑close BBQ Raku‑en Town Ikebukuro” will open on July 7, 2026 in the Raku‑en Town building on the Ikebukuro east‑side station in Tokyo. The all‑season venue offers grill‑free BBQ, seasonal seafood, and several “hand‑free” dining plans ranging from ¥4,960 to ¥6,210, with both daytime and evening service.
In Nagoya’s Chikusa‑ku district, the chicken‑wing specialty izakaya “Tebasaki Mutsumi Imaike” is scheduled to open on July 14, 2026. The new branch, the fourth after locations in Sakae and other neighborhoods, occupies the site of a former eatery and will join a local area of restaurants and cafés.
Both openings are part of broader plans by the operators to expand casual dining concepts in major Japanese cities.
