Tokyo EDITION, Toranomon to launch Shine Muscat afternoon tea

The Lobby Bar at The Tokyo EDITION, Toranomon will host the ‘Shine Muscat Edition Afternoon Tea’ from August 24 to November 15. The seasonal menu features Shine Muscat grapes, known for their fragrance and sweetness.

The menu includes a variety of savory and sweet items. Savory options feature ingredients such as Gunma Prefecture fresh cheese, salmon, cream cheese, avocado, shrimp, and Wagyu beef. Sweet offerings include Shine Muscat pistachio tarts, Chardonnay jelly with Greek yogurt, Shine Muscat shortcake with Calpis chantilly cream, and champagne mousse.

Service is available from 12:00 to 17:00. Pricing starts at 8,800 yen for the Fine Tea Selection and 12,800 yen for a glass of champagne, including tax and service charges.
